Does a cracked back glass affect how the phone works?
Usually not immediately — the phone still works. But cracks can grow, dust and moisture can get in, and the sharp glass is a cut risk. Most back glass repairs are cosmetic but worth doing before the damage spreads.
Do you repair back glass on all iPhone and Samsung models?
We have published prices for most iPhones from iPhone 8 onwards and Samsung Galaxy S7 onwards. Older models without back glass (iPhone 7 and earlier use aluminium backs) don't need this service.
How long does it take?
iPhone back glass replacement: two to three hours. Samsung Galaxy: one to two hours. We'll confirm when you drop off.
